Vitals Tab "glucose" duplicating

When the glucose level is put in the Vitals tab and then when administering insulin in MAR, choosing the "accept last glucose level" or putting the glucose level in provided box it duplicates it on the vitals tab. Is there anyway to fix it so this doesn't happen? If you are "accepting the last value" it looks like you got the same level at different times.
