Charge on 1st Administration

I would love to see check box on Page 1 of Pharmacy Information Labeled "Charge at 1st Administration". This would charge for a bulk item (inhaler, cream, eye drops etc.) on the first administration for an order, then it would not charge for any more administrations. It would require a manual charge entry if the patient needed a second item (inhaler, eye drop etc.) but it would save a lot of steps for Pharmacy and Nursing.
