Setting for Secondary Insurance Claim to copy primary

We need a way that the system will see that when an insurance is used as a secondary insurance that it copies the primary insurance claim in Thrive and the secondary matches it. We do not want to create secondary insurances in the ICT for every commerical insurance that could possibly be a Medicare Secondary Insurance Company. By not having the secondary copy the primary, we have override issues consitently or billers that manually generate and the claim is always incorrect.
