request for amendment of health information

Per the CMS quality measure relate to patient portals "Patients can submit comments for potential correction to their record" Can we add a "Request for Amendment of Health Information" button within My Care Corner.

Currently the only thing I can find to try and meet this measure is the verbiage for the patient to contact your medical facility for questions or assistance related to the my care corner account.
