Reports pulled in Thrive and reports pulled in RCM should have matching identifiers. Users shouldn't have to manipulate data even more than they already have to. The 2 operating systems don't communicate well so data has to be sourced from each platform then merged manually and when the identifiers such as visit account numbers don't match and you have to add additional formula to remove characters, it then complicates the Vlookup process when merging data and matching.
