Lab specimen info used for state reporting to be saved for each test name and Reportable needs to be pressed to send across to the state of LA

The state of LA requires specimen info on certain tests, such as covid, flu, hepatitis, cultures, etc. Each test ordered must also have entered the SpecInfo on the maintenance screen entered every single time. Why can't it be saved in the test setup, near specimen description? This would automatically apply the SpecInfo to each test as needed. Also, there should be a box to check off named "Rptanle" (similar to the one on the maintenance screen). We could check off the box in the test setup and it would automatically report to the state!
