When scanning against the orders in Radiology, you also have to go in and type "see scanned image" for the order to be completed. When this happens, clinical history will have the actual scanned report and then also, a report that says "see scanned image". It would be nice if we didn't have to type "see scanned image" and only the actual scanned report appeared.
Agree - this would be helpful for those who have interfaces with other systems who receive these as well. I always get questions about what is "SEE SCANNED IMAGE". Also, the pathway to actually get to the scanned image is not very intuitive for users either.
