Guardian ICON on Banner

Some patients come into the ER and they have Guardians and nurses register patients at night and we do not know they have a Guardian. Would like an Icon on the patient Banner where Falls, behavioral, behavioral alerts are to show Guardian status - hover over it to see the contact point, so high functioning patients still get the appropriate notification done to their Guardians.
