Emulate users to adjust/fix access.

In our Informatics department, within our previous EMR we had the ability to "Emulate" users to adjust/fix access. This would greatly help workflow for both sides as it would reduce the number of calls/messages out to user regarding access to check if their access is appropriate to what they need and also reducing time users step away from their tasks to do so.
