Eform Screen Web Client

Would like the Electronic Forms pages to

1. hold the preferred sort method of opened eforms (alphabetical, locked, etc)

2. The sizing of the upper and lower areas from patient to patient.

3. The size of the open eform (ie 125% etc)

4. Esignature area open to full screen as it previously did on a tablet.
