UBL-need field to indicate company user works

We need a field in the UBL to indicate where the user works. We need a way to track external users from business associates/care partners. There are many external organizations that request user access to a hospital's EHR and we need a field we can document this that is reportable. I would want to be able to run a report from each outside company and send it to them to check for terminations. (Contracted billing companies, private radiology companies, contracted pharmacy companies, medical staff private practices, quality contractors etc.) Please create a field for this, it is really need to help with security monitoring.
