When this first started i received a couple feedbacks from CPSI but nothing in past month or two. Could CPSI send out monthly status of TOP 20 idea's (or whatever number) and where they are with actions on these ideas, along with a reminder to users to please go to the dream factory and vote for enhancement request and /or post their ideas? We had this similar forum years ago and it fizzled out from the user standpoint as we didn't see and/or hear back what was being done with our ideas.
We are currently implementing new procedures for handling idea submissions. You may have already noticed an increased number of CPSI employees interacting with you on idea submissions and that will continue to improve.
We also just launched the Dream Factory CPSIQ page and are looking at additional information to add to that page, which could include status updates on popular idea submissions.
