Add all tests on the lab label

It would be nice to add all the tests to the lab label for the same specimen type instead of CMP *. It would be nice to know that * means instead of having to go back to the computer and looking for the test. In Centriq it states CMP, Lipid, CRP or CBCd, HgbA1C
