Preliminary button for results to be turned out upon approval.

This will allow laboratory to preliminary results and allow the drs and nursing staff to see the results that have been approved while the pending results are still being tested. Sometime dilutions have to be performed and if a preliminary button was there we could send the completed results to the floor in a timely manner.
