Discharge Instructions need to have shortened versions of instructions and need to be listed as such.

When you type in a certain category or try to find something specific, you get this whole listing of stuff, but you have no idea what it looks like to how long it is until you add it to pending and view it. It would be nice if it would be listed if it was a short version/easy to read version as we have a lot of elderly people in our area and would like to give information in a shortened format that they can easily understand.
