MyCareCorner - portal management needs to be easier to see - would be nice in the header

Right now you have to go into Health Information Resource and Portal Management to be able to see if the patient has an email address, has been invited to the portal, and is registered for the portal. Would be nice if there was some kind of icon or status in the header to see if the patient is registered and/or has an email address and/or to invite them.

    And to be able to send out mass messages to all the patients in the portal.

    Also would be nice to have a way to generate a report of all the patients who are registered for the portal.
