Need 'entry out of range' for vital signs application

In the Vital signs application, there are no prompts for vital signs being out of range. If we are to move more to the Thrive UX/ TWC the functionality should also follow.

    For the Vitals Application in Web Client, the Vital Sign Ranges are set in Tables > Clinical > Vital Signs > Vital Sign Ranges. Once set up, the user will receive a warning on the Vital Sign entry screen and the respective cell will be highlighted in red on the Grid View.

    Vitals that were out of range used to be highlighted red in the Vitals Application (I thought). There is no alert for out of range vitals or any demarcation in Web Client or TUX. I agree that this needs to be addressed and should be considered a patient safety issue.
