There are several CW5 documents that are mislabeled (ex. looking up CHF takes you to a procedure for Cardiac Resynchronization therapy, while Congestive Heart Failure and Heart Failure take you to the appropriate information). And there are several that are labeled by type (General Information, Pre-care, continuing care, ETC.) that are all the same document.
Highly agree... Many document titles are miss-labeled and some are blank.
Yes!! The patient education documents are horrifically organized/titled. They are so bad that our staff often goes outside of Evident (e.g. UpToDate) for patient education documents.
