Would be nice if we are expected to troubleshoot patient portal issues, if we could somehow see the patient portal from the patient perspective or see exactly what stage the patient is in so that we can better help them and keep the frustration.

    Hey Tara, do you guys have a test patient created? You can create a MCC login from that test patient to see the patient's side. Use that account to create examples when patients say they are having issues. I am not 100% sure what you mean by seeing what stage the patient is but you can see their registration status from the portal management screen.
