Would be nice to be able to customize the layout of the System Management Dashboard to be able to bring things I commonly look at to the top and push other information panels to the bottom or remove altogether. Something similar to the cards in PDC. And, the fax error report on this Dashboard is almost useless - needs more pertinent information displayed.
Fax Error Report: If you click on the job ID, it will bring up the failure report. This is the log of all the failures and will tell you why the job failed. This is a Technical Log and give all the code, etc. but does provide more information than just the ID, phone number, number of tries that are displayed on the card itself. It will give information such as what modem was used, if there was a busy signal when trying to call the number, etc.
The customization of the System Management Dashboard is a change we are unlikely to implement.
