Ready for pharmacy

If a patient does not have any home meds and the nurse adds "no home meds", pharmacy does the med rec, and hits formulary matching complete to send it to the provider's whiteboard, they will not fall off the whiteboard since a med rec is not completed on the patient. This is our way of communicating that the patient's home meds are ready and the admission med rec can be done along with the regular admission hospitalists orders.
