would benefit providers and nursing staff
We have done some incremental things to make the nursing documentation more accessible to the providers and other healthcare professionals across several applications over the past couple years. We have more work to do and would welcome new idea submissions regarding specific things that would be of benefit.
I don't know if remotely possible for all flowcharts to show up and print in completely chronological order. Not just thinking providers but also when we send charts for external review, quality or subpoenas, the current process and result is not user or reader friendly. If I were queen of the world, the perfect chart print would or could include, in chronological order, vitals, medications given, notes etc. Dreamers gotta dream!!
