I would like the ability to change or edit the Notes Header. And now that we are using Notes for most types of physician documentation it would be beneficial to be able to edit the header by department the patient was seen in, Ex: ED, Inpatient, Behavioral Health, Inpatient Rehab, Provider office, etc...
This inflexibility with the NOTEs header is a real issue. Also having the ability to create a custom footer needs to be road mapped out as well.
There are pieces of information we want to see on each page of the NOTE. EX: Service Date.
There are filters for this date however they cannot be put on every page of the NOTE.
Please go ahead and put this need on a road map and move it along. We would like to see the mnemonics that are currently available for 'old school' HIM transcriptions and transcriptions against orders be available to allow for custom NOTEs headers/footers to be created.
Use Case: We need additional data in the headers/footers.
These headers would also need to have the ability to have different logos uploaded.
Use Case: Our behaviour health clinic has a logo that is not the hospital logo.
If we could have 'custom' editable headers, it would be a very good idea to have the ability to assign a header to a Note Type.
Use Case: A progress note and an H&P note could have different mnemonics.

Our facility definitely needs this capability. We have a hospital and clinic where the clinic is a dept of the hospital. However, without editing each and every template, we can't put the hospital logo on just the hospital related templates and the clinic logo on just the clinic templates. It shouldn't be as time consuming as it currently is to complete something as simple as this.
I wish i could vote on this 100 times. WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO CUSTOMIZE NOTES HEADERS BY DEPARTMENT...
