Pharmacy needs to access to the Indication Field

Pharmacy needs to access the indication field when entering/verifying orders that require an indication. Also, make that field searchable and run reports for it. We currently have to enter the indication in the comment field which is not a searchable field. Physician and nurses can access the indication field when entering orders in CPOE.
