It is important that ALL listed home medications display on the home meds card. Additionally, show the checkmark/question mark just like in Med Rec to indicated to the user what has and has not been confirmed.
We are working on the ability to verify the information on many of the PDC cards, especially the cards that include information that needs to be reviewed during the Intake process. If the information cannot be verified, there will be an option to state that the information was unobtainable and add a reason why.
