Need alerts for nurses to guide on CIC, new admit, primary dx

It helped a lot for nurses to know what and who to chart on in relation to change in condition and primary diagnosis and more. It would be free text and they should be able to set the time it starts and stops. Once it stops the alert would go away. It would not be part of the legal record.
