Order Entry answers need to be on radiology requisition whether they are a chosen answer or a free text answer.

On order entry questions, you can make it so multiple free text lines can appear on a radiology requisition but if you have an answer that you pick from a list, only one answer will appear. Anything as an order entry question/answer should appear on the requisition.
