Bring back Cosign button in Notes List in patient's chart.

We have many providers expressing their frustration to the new workflow in cosigning notes in the home screen folder. They do like the ability to sign all at once but they still go back to the chart to review patient data before they sign. The Open Chart button is insignificant if they have to get back out of the chart to go to the home screen just to cosign the note. Would be great if the Cosign button was available in both areas.
