Notes Discharge instructions - additional signing option for patient/nurse

A feature to notes that would allow nursing to pull up the document and review with patient, and electronically sign it (like in e-forms). But without being able to amend or edit the actual document.
Currently we would have to print the note out, have the patient sign a copy and then scan it into the chart. There has to be a better way.
