Once I build a Note for a provider, I have to tell them where to find it and how to set the template as a favorite. They forget to do this, and their frustration increases, while their efficiency decreases. If I could automatically set it as a favorite after I have built it, it would be ready and waiting for the provider to use. Increasing efficiency and decreasing frustration.
I completely agree with this; our providers tend to rely on us to have everything at their fingertips and in additon to that it helps us to ensure they are using facility approved templates; those that have custom filters to keep our documents consistent.
