Need to be able to change date/time on column in flowchart

We have been having issues that sometimes a nurse will enter the incorrect date/time on the column in a flowchart, and the only way for them to change it is by either amending the whole column which results in them having to reenter a whole bunch of information of just entering a note in the nurses note section about what the date/time actually should be which is hard to find. There needs to be a way for the person who entered in the information to change the date/time of the column.
