Can we have the eCQM measures like fall risk and comfort measures be a nursing order much like VTE and be able to chart on it through order chon instead of having to go to another area for nursing to chart? It would satisfy the measure when charted on like VTE now does.
Similarly, I think a great approach would be a nursing task list. This would help enormously with capturing eCQM documentation and other tasks.
