t would be helpful if the Notes application could support database code similar to eform application (or a comparable method). Currently, when we need to determine whether staff members have answered 'yes' or 'no' for a field in a Notes template, we have to manually open each note and review the responses for hundreds of records..
100% agree. We have situation 10131504.
Creating filters. I want to create a custom filter to automatically place data into the NOTE. For the dataset, I want to use specific database codes. EX: Create filter called DataBaseCode. For the data set, allow for the input of specific user defined database codes: (II1 ,II2, II3 , II4 , II5, II6 ,II7 ,II8, II9 ,II10, II11, II12, II13, SD0, SD1, SD2, SD3, SD4, SD5, SD6, SD7). These codes contain a question and a Y or N. answer.
UseCase:
Get specific questions and answers into the NOTE based on database code.
Patient is questioned and answers are documented.
NOTE with filter is created.
Filtered data injects into the NOTE in question answer format.
Feelings of depression: Y
Suicidal ideations: N
Anger issues: Y
etc.
Also allow for answers in a string format as well. Unlimited number of characters accepted.
Description of the accident:
On [date and time of accident], I was driving my [make and model of the car] on [street and direction of travel]. At the intersection of [cross street], another car, a [make and model of other cars], ran a red light and hit the driver's side of my car.
