When we signed with CPSI we hosted our server locally and uptime was great. Now that CPSI is hosting Notes and Thrive Web Client we're experiencing more downtime. It would be great to have the option to host these locally on our own hardware.
We agree with Barron, bring it back to local hardware. 99% of the issues we experience are with NOTES and WEB CLIENT. At least we still have everything else when they are not working. But as you start transitioning more things onto the same platform as Web Client and Notes, it's going to become more painful.
