if there was a way to be able to stop the submitting order or to be flagged when submitting lab orders when there is no diagnosis or wrong diagnosis for the order being done. This would prevent so many calls on missing diagnosis for lab orders.

Make a note on a patient chart that they were called even if they don't schedule

We call patients to schedule their annual well visit exams and would like a place to track when these patients were celled and what their response was. We do not want to keep calling the same patient repeatedly if they have declined the exam.
