If multidrug resistance information or fall risk details are entered under demographics-encounter in the web client, having a way to create a phrase in the phrase library to easily add that information to notes would be helpful.
For the Fall Risk assessment, we are working on adding the ability to document Health Status Assessments as required by HTI-1 and USCDIv3 in the system so they write to FHIR. This will make that data available for uses in other areas of the software, like Notes. Fall Risk is one of the Health Status Assessments we are starting with and will available later this year.
We will have the Multidrug resistance data under consideration for future development.
