Communication Center Fax Preview

It would be great to have a Fax preview panel like you have with email where you can select a fax and then you have a preview panel that pops up on the side so you can preview the fax without having to open it all the way up and it wouldn't mark it as "read" right away. The column sizes could be moved inwards to make plenty of room to add a preview panel to the side. I'm attaching screenshots of my idea of what could be moved and then a screenshot of outlook showing how they have that preview/reading pane on the right side. This would be especially helpful when you need to forward a fax to another fax # because you can't forward a fax to another fax# from the screen where you have the fax open and can see it and read it, you can only message it internally there so if you need to forward to another fax # then you have to back out of that screen back to the inbox and then make sure you select the correct fax to forward to another fax # and this is a huge hipaa mistake waiting to happen.
