    This can be done in Patient Connect. Please contact Patient Connect support to have a bot and form created to obtain the patient's photo.

    @Guest yes it does. If the photo is uploaded with the Chartlink Photo image title, the photo will show up in Patient Connect as well as the Chart patient ID panel.

    We can gather the photo but does the photo then go back and populate the patient picture in the Chart so when we are on the patient chart we see the patient face in the patient ID panel?
