Can we please have an option to easily share update/educational recordings directly from trulearn via a "share" icon similar to what you see with social media or shopping links? I would really like to be able to easily attach/export these videos to my own facility emails to have another avenue to educate users who are resistant to logging into to trulearn. This may already exist and I've just missed it. In the past, I've attached a link to the trulearn page holding the video but it still makes you login which may not be setup for the user. Thanks.
Same here, Kelsey. I record or do my own screenshots for many things, but it's time-consuming and I feel like that resource should already be in place for us. I do believe I've seen other dream factory ideas for updating the old TUX educational info in Trulearning so hopefully, that is coming soon. I also saw where someone asked to have the Trulearn application be its own app in the waffle/app drawer instead of buried in help. I think that is a good idea as well. Agree, but I also have been recording my own anyways since I need web client processes and I find that a lot of the TruLearn recordings are still TUX or still have the old E and Evident logos. Most users don't remember that clicking the waffle, then help, then launch trulearn gets them there without having to login (as long as they are set up for an account and their same email is in Sys admin) so it doesn't end up being that useful.
