Keflex for example is no longer in the look up for allergies. However, for the patients that already have Keflex as an allergy, they now state Keflex (Deactivated allergy). This is causing confusion for users. Most users are thinking deactivated allergy means it is no longer recorded as an allergy. This wording should be changed. Also, once we explain that it means that it is no longer in the allergy look up table, the question is then asked is it still capturing in clinical monitoring.
