Ability for Price Update When Item Cost Over 9999.999

We need the system to automatically update items to the correct charge amount if the cost is over $9,999.9999 At this time, any item with a cost over $9,999.99 automatically defaults to the MINIMUM CHARGE when updated. Per TruBridge staff, "The price update will not update a price over 9999.999, anything over this will have to be manually updated"

I am pretty sure we are not the only facility that has items with a cost higher than $9,999.99. Making this a manual process could very well result in a patient being charged a minimum price for a drug that costs anything over $9,999.999.

Additional reply from TruBridge staff stated, "This is the way it has always functioned. When the tier in the table is setup the ending number has to be 9999.999. At this time there is nothing in the works to extend this number." It was suggested I created an idea in Dream Factory, so here I am!
