We would like a filter for those Medications that were ordered. they are on the MAR to be administered but then omitted (maybe because the patient refused). Need this to pull to the provider note for documentation purposes
Thanks for the suggestion, Leslie. It's possible this issue has more to do with the status of the Medication than if it was omitted. If the Medication is omitted, but still active, it will pull - but once it's no longer Active, or listed as Completed, it will fall off. Please let me know if there are some details I am missing. I want to make sure I understand the scenario we're looking to accommodate!
