Auto nightly backup of patient schedules

It would be nice for nightly backup of all schedules in our system so that in the instance we are not able to get into TB EHR we can still have a schedule we can go off of. Printing these out nightly would be a lot of work due to the amount of schedules we have and the random instance we would need them. I would like a night afterhours backup to a network drive, by schedule.
