Duration of a medication should automatically adjust when transferred from one episode to another.

It would be nice if a medication would keep the same stop date/time when it is transferred and auto adjust the order when transferred from one episode to another. For example, when you order Rocephin q 24 hours for a total of 7 doses while a patient is inpatient and they are given 4 doses, and now they go to a swing bed episode and the order is transferred, the order duration of 7 doses should automatically take away the 4 doses already given and show that there are 3 doses left with the same stop date/time. Right now we have to count how many doses were given, take them away and change the duration of 7 doses to 3 doses in this example so the medication is given correctly.
