Allow Users to Have More Than One Role

It would be nice if users could have more than one role assigned to them. Especially with the way Patient Connect works based on roles. It would be nice to be able to add a second role for a user so we could give them access to things like that without giving access to every user in the first role.

For example a user in the LPN role needs to be able to access patient connect but not every user in the LPN role needs that access.
