Usage reporting in Patient Connect

Would like to be able to view some usage reports to see where engagement is happening and needs to be focused on in Patient Connect.

    We would also like to see report options for Patient Connect. Appointment Messages Opt In/ Out in Report Dashboard is a great start but needs additional search criteria that is not in "advanced". The search criteria needs to have ability to be defined by patient details. examples to add to current criteria but fields not require hard stop to run report - field to search by appointment date range, patient specific field to search by date of birth, check box options for each message attempt action (patient specific). Action: when an attempt to send messages was made date & time, successful message attempt and failed message attempt with date & time stamp of each attempt. We frequently run into the issue of patients stating no reminder text was sent or they confirmed via text but we did not receive the confirmation along with several other issues. A report would be nice to trouble shoot issues internally for possible errors prior to creating a situation.
