Changes to Patient Appointment Display Screen in Scheduling

Path: Scheduling > Patient Appointments > search for a patient and select > displays list of patient appointments past and future.

1. Display the list with the newest appointments to the oldest unless otherwise sorted.

2. Add the column to display the physician from the appointment event screen.

3. Allow a user to reorder their columns and leave them sticky to stay. We can reorder now but they aren't sticky.

Our intent is to use a schedule for paper order receipt management but we need the above to be the most successful.
