Need back-time medication report in excel

The current "back time data reoort" does not meet our needs as it combines nurse notes and medication administrations in exclusively a pdf format. Additionally, the report pulls all meds given in real time if they were "given" and not scanned. This makes this pdf hundreds of pages long for realively short time periods. We need to be able to separate out this information into general documenation and medication administration. We need to also be able to separate out meds that were "given" from the meds that are actually back-timed and PLEASE, allow us to pull this into an excel format.
