Report Dashboard User Guide to actually list EVERY report available and what data it shows

There are so many reports listed in Report Dashboard but there is NOWHERE that explains what data each of these reports will actually show you. I am constantly learning of new reports that are named something super weird but actually work to pull the data I need but I would have NEVER thought of going into that report with the title it has to find that data. We need a user guide or some other pdf that is searchable and it actually tells you what data this report will provide. I am currently taking screenshots of the list of reports so that I can ask chatgpt to use OCR to turn it into a searchable pdf just so that I can search better but even this isn't enough because like I said the titles don't always make sense. It would be great if that pdf also told us every single field that is available to filter by and available to have as a column. Reporting is SOOOOOOO difficult in TruBrige and this is an ongoing complaint by EVERY single facility that utilizes your EHR.

    This would be neat. I had to put a sit in years ago to find a report that would pull one piece of data, and luckily someone in support knew that piece of data was in a Cancer Report. But what we were looking for had nothing to do with Cancer, so we would have never looked there. Laura Colbert

    It would also be nice if you could just have check boxes for adding fields in instead of going into that whole advanced section and trying to find the field and then tell it what to look for. It is such a nuisance to do that. Should be able to have sections that lists everything out so you can just check it instead.

    Oh and the Report Dictionary List report that can be run from Report Dashboard does not list every report available as on that report there are 2,325 reports available and when I compare that to my list of reports I only have 349 reports so that report is worthless and just shows me reports that don't exist but are in this list for some reason. I am attaching the 2 spreadsheets to show what is available on my list and I have highlighted the ones that are not in my list.
