Need a listing of all Rule based security rules and their function (apps/behaviors/screens)

As part of a security review, I was unable to identify the functionality that some rules controlled. I referred to the rule based user security user guide and unforunately was unable to find these particular rules listed. I opened a ticket, 10284050 and requested the full list of rules (apps/behavior/screens) and their expected functionality. Unfortunately, I was informed this didn't exist and asked to enter the request in the "dream" factory.

I can't believe this documentation really doesn't exist. Certainly this documentation is being captured at the time new rules are being created, right? Hopefully someone will see this and send me the full list. (just like with have the list of the "old" security switches and their functionality). Thanks.
